the Advisory Committee of Chittagong Port Development and
Chittagong Customs. Has designed and drafted a number of
significant documents related to Bangladesh maritime policies
such as the Constitution for the Port Users’ Forum, Bangladesh
Shipping Policy, etc. Author of several research papers on
Maritime issues presented at various international fora &
organisations such as ILO, UNESCAP, etc. Visiting lecturer of
Chittagong Port Authority Training Center and Bangladesh
Insurance Academy. Has considerable experience in supervising
claims handling for all the P&I clubs in the International
Pool. Has the overall responsibility of the supervision of the
P&I representation department.
